What is my user name and password?

If you are a student:

  • User name is your Centennial College student ID number and your initial password is your date of birth (MMDDYY for example January 15, 1980 = 011580), if you are having difficulties logging in you have 2 options:
    • Remote Support
      Call Helpdesk at 416-289-5280,press option 1 (student), then press option 1 (myCentennial password resets).

      *Helpdesk hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
      *In order to protect access to your personal information, you will be required to verify your identity by being asked for name, address and date of birth.
    • In-Person Support
      This service is available by going to the following I.T. Client Support Centre offices:
      Progress - room C3-15
      Morningside - room 328
      Ashtonbee - lab A209

      *I.T. Client Support Centre office hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday, 9am to 4pm.
      *In order to protect access to your personal information, you will be required to present photo id and know your student number.
  • New Students - If you applied through OCAS you must confirm your acceptance through the OCAS website. When your confirmation has been processed (usually within 48 hours) you will have access to the Centennial College Web Registration System. If your offer of admissions is conditional, you must clear any outstanding admission requirements before you can use the Web Registration System.
  • If you did not apply through OCAS, please follow the instructions included in your Offer of Admissions package.
  • Continuing Education Students - if you do not know your student number it is on your receipt given to you at the time of registration. If you registered by phone, a receipt is mailed to you. If you registered on-line your student number is sent to you with your confirmation.

If you are an employee:

  • User name is your employee ID number
  • To obtain your password you have 2 options:
    • Remote Support

      *Helpdesk hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm
